Africa completed

After many days off, I’m hoping to finish this trip.  Although, looking thru all the pictures brings the trip back to life.  I really don’t want it to finish too quick.  On the  13th we covered more of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.  This continues to amaze me with the beauty of the animals and open spaces.                On the 14th, we headed to the Serengeti National Park.  During the normal wet season, there would be thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and all the animals that this food source brings with it.  We got a feel (if only 1/100th of what the migration is normally like) of how it would be.   We actually saw 60 separate lions and about 10 cheetahs on this one day.  The numbers of zebras, wildebeest, water buffalo, and even another leopard.  It was a day to remember. We didn’t actually see a kill, but we did see one lioness stalking the zebra (she missed) and the zebras got away.  We did see several that didn’t get away.        The day st
